How to donate!
If you are interested in donating to the clinic itself or to my personal project, you can send a check written to either Peter Cooch or Mayan Medical Aid (a 501-c-3 organization, so tax deductable) to 3469 Peth Rd, Braintree VT, 05060. Or you can drop it off with Sandy Vondrasek at the Herald. Thank you so much! We can do a lot with just a few extra dollars.

ReplyDeleteNot sure if you check this blog, but I was hoping to get in touch with you. I'm an MSI at UMass Medical School and I'm trying to plan the summer between my MSI and MSII years. I went to Guatemala last year (only for a week!) but was able to visit Lake Atitlan briefly and I would love to go back there and spend some time volunteering and learning Spanish in the area!! My email is amanda.j.bernier@gmail.com. I'm sure you're crazy busy (med school finals are insane!) so if you don't have time, I completely understand.
